Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UAE National to join our consulting this role you will lead and deliver complex consulting projects across various industries providing strategic insights and driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance and innovation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage full project lifecycles and ensure the delivery of impactful high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Engagement ManagementLead and manage complex consulting projects ensuring timely delivery high-quality outcomes and alignment with client expectations.Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.Monitor project progress conduct regular reviews and adjust strategies to meet goals and milestones.Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies throughout the engagement lifecycle.Strategic Analysis & AdvisoryConduct detailed analysis of client business operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency productivity and organizational effectiveness.Provide expert insights on process optimization change management and digital transformation initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends consulting methodologies and emerging business practices.Stakeholder & Team LeadershipCollaborate with clients internal teams and senior stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Build strong trust-based relationships with clients through effective communication and engagement.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams promoting collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.Business Development & Client EngagementIdentify new engagement opportunities or areas for additional client value.Support proposal development client presentations and other business development initiatives.Maintain strong and ongoing client relationships that foster long-term partnerships.Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and TableauKnowledge of business process modeling techniquesFamiliarity with project management methodologiesAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse team environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approachExcellent research and information-gathering skillsFluency in English; Arabic is a plusAdaptability to work in a fast-paced international business environmentEmirati nationals ONLY.Additional Information : What will you getAn exciting international environment of projects customers and consultantsExtensive training opportunities in data analytics and data engineering.Competitive salaryRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Sales Experience,Direct Sales,Hyperion,Financial Services,Financial Concepts,Banking,Oracle EBS,Securities Law,Peoplesoft,Oracle,Financial Management,Workday Experience: years Vacancy: 1
