Consultant - Consulting&Valuation

<div><p><b>At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in hospitality consulting is required.</b></p><p><b>Candidates without hospitality consulting experience will not be considered or receive a response.</b></p><p>The successful candidate will be trained and responsible for the preparation of hotel valuations, feasibility studies, business plans and appraisal reports for hospitality properties. The preparation of reports includes:</p><h3>Fieldwork</h3><ul><li>Travel</li><li>Property inspections</li><li>Area interviews analysis</li></ul><ul><li>Review of property’s financial statements and other relevant documents</li><li>Use of Microsoft Excel models and in-house databases</li></ul><h3>Report Writing</h3><ul><li>Use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint</li><li>Developing graphics/maps and formatting</li></ul><p>The position requires travel, primarily within Middle Eastern countries.</p><h3>Qualities</h3><ul><li>Quality and Customer Focus</li><li>Personal Effectiveness</li><li>Coaching&Training</li><li>Communication</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Relationship Building</li><li>Motivated and eager to learn</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with a major in real estate or a related discipline</li><li>Professional qualification like RICS or equivalent, with experience in hotel valuation</li><li>MBA is desirable</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive</li><li>Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-energy environment</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel regularly for projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Applicants must have a degree—preferably in real estate or a related field—and a postgraduate RICS qualification or equivalent, along with prior experience conducting hotel valuations. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and excellent English writing abilities.
