The role involves translating strategy into executable operating models and supporting implementation across exchanges, regulators, and market participants.Job DescriptionDesign and implement end-to-end operating models aligned with strategic objectivesDevelop governance frameworks to support business growthDrive revenue-generating initiatives and commercial structuresExpand and enhance post-trade infrastructure, including clearing, settlement, and custodySupport integration of Central Counterparty (CCP) frameworksLead technology innovation and digital transformation initiativesDevelop commercial frameworks for both trading and non-trading revenue streamsEnable cross-border expansion and entry into emerging marketsIntroduce new asset classes and enhance post-trade servicesCollaborate with exchanges, regulators, custodians, and brokersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of experience in capital markets, exchanges, or post-trade infrastructureStrong expertise in clearing, settlement, custody, and CCP operationsProven experience working with exchanges, regulators, CCPs, custodians, and brokersExperience in cross-border market infrastructure design and implementationKey ResponsibilitiesEstablish end-to-end operating model and governance frameworkAdvance revenue generation structures and commercial modelsExpand post-trade services, including clearing, settlement, and custodyOptimize Delivery vs Payment (DVP) and custodian frameworksDevelop and execute CCP integration roadmapDrive innovation and technology-led initiativesLaunch trading and non-trading commercial frameworksLeverage offerings such as market makers, cross-listings, and IPO connectivityExpand into emerging markets and foreign securitiesDesign and implement Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) frameworkSupport clearing and risk management through CCP-driven modelsEngage and present to external stakeholders and potential partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
