Construction Site Planner

Site Planner ensures Construction planning by controlling deviationsand prepares the reports.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop the Construction Schedule within theperiod established in the Project Schedule.Prepare the standard man-hour estimates based onthe design quantities and the established WBS.Feed Schedule with estimated standard Manhours toobtain the Progress Curves and Manpower Histograms.Ensure that the schedules developed by theSubcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, are in alignment withthe Level 4 Construction Schedule.Perform schedule control at the cut-off dates andprovide a forecast on completion dates especially if any adverse trends occurso that the recovery plan can be effectively enforced.Assess physical progress at the cut-off dates,taking note of any evidence of deviations from the baseline and suggestingthe remedial actions, if any.Perform manpower control by collecting timesheets from the Subcontractors and compare the actual manpower against theplanned, as per the baseline.Prepare the weekly/monthly Progress Reportrelated to the Site activities in accordance with the Project Procedures.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsUniversityDegree or Diploma in Civil discipline or equivalentExperienceSignificant experience in the industrial construction of large orxl gas plants.Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparablesize.A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.Experience working on the Contractor side.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, management skills.Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strongbias toward timely performance and problem resolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
