You will be responsible for improving cost efficiency in material and service acquisitions while analyzing market trends!Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage procurement processes according to project needs.Optimize material procurement planning according to construction project plans.Provide support in cost estimation for bids and tender processes.Conduct market research to identify the best supplier options.Communicate effectively in Turkish and English.Control design requirements and perform quantity take-offs using Revit to support projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.At least 10 years of experience in construction and fit-out.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a procurement manager at a head office.A strong understanding of local firms and the industry.Proficiency in Revit.Advanced command of Turkish and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
