Construction Manager vacancy in El-Ain UAEConstruction Project ManagerWe are hiring a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgetIdentify and procure necessary resources and materialsHire and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesMonitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersResolve any issues or delays that may arise during constructionConduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standardsManage project budget and make adjustments as neededCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Construction Project ManagerFamiliarity with construction management softwareKnowledge of building codes and safety regulationsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent problem‑solving abilitiesSalary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)Location: El-Ain, Egypt (accommodation provided)This position is open to all nationalities.
