Construction Manager/ Resident Engineer - MedicalOur client is an international project management company currently involved in the management of several large medical projects.To expand their team, they require a construction manager with experience in client-side project management to oversee the construction of medical facilities. You will be involved in multiple hospital projects, overseeing site-based project engineers.Responsibilities:Reporting to a senior construction manager, manage all aspects of Quality and HSE management systems and oversee site supervision.Supervise the work to ensure compliance with contract documents.Review project-related correspondence, submittals, instructions, and technical queries before issuance to the contractor, and establish communication lines.Review and monitor the implementation of the contractor's quality and safety systems across the project site.Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of experience, with significant experience in Western countries and some in the Gulf region.Experience in medical projects is highly beneficial.Site or project management experience with consultants or project management firms.Degree qualification.Knowledge of project scheduling and cost control, with experience in MP or P3/P6.Additional Requirements:English: Very Good, Arabic: Fluent/Excellent.Own a car and have a valid driving license.Conditions:An excellent tax-free salary, along with allowances for accommodation and transport, will be provided.
