Construction Manager

We are recruiting a Construction Manager Civil for a reputable contractor specializing in industrial building projects including concrete and steel structure works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site execution coordinating resources and ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all civil construction activities on industrial building projectsCoordinate site teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth executionEnsure works are carried out in accordance with drawings specifications and approved method statementsMonitor daily site progress productivity and quality of workmanshipEnforce health safety and environmental standards on siteCoordinate civil works with steel structure MEP and finishing activitiesReview construction schedules and ensure targets are metResolve site-related technical and execution issuesSupport inspections approvals and handover activitiesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field10 years of experience in civil construction preferably in industrial buildingsStrong experience in foundations concrete works and coordination with steel structuresProven leadership and site management skillsGood understanding of construction methodologies and sequencingFamiliarity with quality safety and authority requirementsStrong communication and reporting skillsUAE experience is preferred Key Skills Abinitio,Cobol,Environmental Consultancy,Facility Management,Insulation,Asic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
