Construction Manager (Overall)

Location: Abu DhabiWe are currently looking for an experienced Overall Construction Manager to join a leading PMC team for a major LNG project in Abu Dhabi.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all site construction activities for the LNG project ensuring alignment with project schedule, quality, and safety standards.Oversee EPC contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and PMC requirements.Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with HSE policies, procedures, and international standards.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor construction progress and provide regular reporting to project management and client.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and industry best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or related discipline).Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.Extensive experience in LNG projects is mandatory.Strong experience working on ADNOC projects.Strong background working in PMC roles on large-scale EPC projects.Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary construction teams.Experience in Middle East projects is preferred.Preferred ExperienceExperience in FEED to EPC execution phases.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with mega LNG facilities, cryogenic systems, and large-scale industrial construction.If interested, please apply to the link belowhttps://careers.penspen.com/vacancy/construction-manager-overall-606923.html#J-18808-Ljbffr
