Job SummaryThe Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities for an ongoing project in Al Khobar. The role ensures that project objectives are achieved in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage construction activities for the ongoing projectMonitor project schedules, resources, and site progressCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirementsIdentify and resolve project risks, issues, and delaysReview construction plans, materials, and methodologiesEnsure compliance with local regulations and company policiesConduct project meetings and provide progress updatesMonitor contractor performance and site executionImplement quality control procedures on-siteQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field14–18 years of relevant construction experienceExperience managing construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsStrong leadership and organizational skillsGood communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluency in English (written and spoken)Preferred SkillsPMP certification or equivalent is an advantageExperience in infrastructure or commercial construction projectsProficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS ProjectStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
