With a strong focus on innovation, timely delivery, and excellence in construction, we are looking to strengthen our project execution team with experienced professionals.Role OverviewThe Construction Manager – Landscaping (Civil) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of landscaping and civil works across projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end execution of landscaping and civil works, ensuring timely delivery within budget and defined scope.Oversee site operations including hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and related infrastructure works as per approved drawings and specifications.Lead and coordinate project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site workforce to ensure efficient execution.Monitor project costs, control budgets, and manage variations to ensure financial discipline and cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations in line with UAE laws and company policies.Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, progress updates, and resolution of project-related issues.Review and approve technical documentation such as shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Prepare and present project progress reports, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience in landscaping and civil works within the UAE construction industry.Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and infrastructure works.Experience in managing large-scale projects and site teams.Good understanding of UAE regulations, authority approvals, and HSE standards.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience working with reputed developers or contracting companies in the UAE.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
