Construction Manager vacancy in Ajman UAEConstruction ManagerAs a Construction Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Ajman. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can effectively lead and coordinate all aspects of construction, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality controlEnsure compliance with safety regulations and proceduresReview and approve project plans, designs, and contractsCollaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionMonitor progress of construction projects and implement necessary changes to ensure on-time deliveryManage and supervise construction teams on siteConduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are metResolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction processPrepare reports on project progress for upper managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a teamExcellent project management skillsExtensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExperience working with budgets and schedulesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication skillsWe offer a competitive salary package of $1100 per month along with other benefits.
