As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality control of the work being done.Responsibilities:Develop project plans and timelinesMonitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetOversee subcontractors and other construction workersReview and approve designs, materials, and equipment used in constructionConduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety complianceCommunicate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to provide updates on project progressResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction processRequirements:Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industryBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferredStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in AjmanExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsEffective communication skillsAttention to detailIndian nationality preferredWe offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with free visa and ticket.
