Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager specialized in Infrastructure projects to oversee the construction of bridges, deep utilities, wet & dry utilities, and road works.Job ResponsibilityManage and supervise all aspects of the infrastructure construction project.Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for project execution.Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on construction sites.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Construction Manager on infrastructure projects.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.SkillsSolid understanding of construction management principlesProficiency in overseeing infrastructure projects, including bridges, deep utilities, wet & dry works, and road constructionStrong project planning and scheduling abilitiesKnowledge of budget management and cost controlExpertise in contractor management and subcontractor coordinationAbility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsExcellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
