As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to endDevelop project timelines and budgetsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followedMonitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as neededEnsure compliance with building codes and safety regulationsManage project budgets and expensesConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are metAddress any issues or delays that arise during the construction processCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progressPrepare reports on project status for upper managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in construction managementStrong understanding of building codes and regulationsExcellent organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership skillsAbility to work well under pressureExcellent communication skillsProficient in MS OfficePreferredQatari nationality or prior experience working in QatarNote: This job description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for this position.
