Construction Manager (Bridge Construction)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our bridge construction projects in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Construction Manager specializing in bridge construction you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bridge projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocationCoordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project executionOversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring compliance with design specifications safety regulations and quality standardsManage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issuesConduct regular site inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction processPrepare and present progress reports to stakeholders including clients and senior managementEnsure adherence to local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAEImplement and maintain strict safety protocols on construction sitesManage and mentor project team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCollaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipmentAnalyze and optimize construction methods to improve efficiency and reduce costsQualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of experience in bridge construction projects with a proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong knowledge of bridge design and construction techniques including pre-stressed concrete and steel structuresProficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and construction management softwareExcellent project management skills including budgeting scheduling and resource allocationIn-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control standardsFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAEStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions under pressureExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectivelyProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong risk assessment and management capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirementsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Abinitio,Cobol,Environmental Consultancy,Facility Management,Insulation,Asic Experience: years Vacancy: 1
