Project ManagementOversee all construction activities forhigh-rise building projects.Ensure project completion withinapproved schedule and budget.Coordinate withProject Managers, consultants, and client representatives.Develop construction strategies and site execution plans.Site Supervision & ExecutionLead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Ensure works are executed according toapproved drawings and specifications.Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.Planning & Progress MonitoringReview project schedules and track milestones.Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.Monitor construction progress and productivity.Quality ControlEnsure compliance withproject quality standards.Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality approvals with consultants.Monitor material testing and approvals.Safety ManagementImplementHSE policies and safety procedureson site.Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate closely with the HSE team.Cost ControlMonitor project costs and resource allocation.Review subcontractor progress and certify work completion.Assist in handling variations and claims.Coordination & ReportingConduct site meetings with project stakeholders.Liaise with consultants, architects, and government authorities.Prepare project progress reports and maintain documentation.SkillsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree inCivil Engineering or Construction ManagementExperience10–12 years experiencein constructionStrong experience inhigh-rise building projectsHigh-rise construction managementProject planning and schedulingCost control and budget managementContract administrationSubcontractor managementTeam leadership and communication#J-18808-Ljbffr
