Construction Manager

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects.Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation.Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues.Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and work procedures.Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.Lead and mentor project teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 18+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings.Proven experience managing large-scale building projects in GCC (Saudi experience preferred).Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
