Construction Inspector- Tagalog Speaker

We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team for infrastructure projects involving roads utilities drainage and traffic management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and monitor construction activities related to roads utilities drainage systems and traffic management.Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain other documentation as required by the project contract.Verify that only approved materials are incorporated into the work.Conduct labor compliance interviews and maintain accurate as‑built plans.Identify potential issues, conflicts and non‑conformities and report them to the supervisor with recommended solutions.Coordinate and oversee the work of subconsultants for surveying and material testing.Provide general inspection of all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.Confirm proper equipment alignment and balancing operations.Assist in developing quality control reports and procedures.RequirementsDiploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience in construction inspection with expertise in roads, drainage, utilities or irrigation projects.Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with contractors, engineers and inspectors.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work independently.Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) preferred but not mandatory.Knowledge of Equinex is an advantage but not required (training can be provided).Willing to relocate to Dubai.To view other vacancies we have please check our website and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram.Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
