Construction HSE Supervisor

OverviewContractual. Start on as soon as possible (ASAP).Duration: 17 months (Extendable)Hours/rotation: Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).Salary range: Excellent salary package with benefits. Single Status. Accommodation (Meals) provided by the company. Transportation provided by the company. Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).Duties and responsibilitiesVerifies and ensures that all field activities are performed according to the TCMHSE policy, the regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction / HSE awareness sessions to workersUnderstanding and implementation of the HSE Plan.Knowledge and experience in implementing PTW system and Gas Testing.Awareness on Ammonia & Breathing Apparatus.Ability to understand and participate in Risk Assessments.Ability to conduct HSE inspections.Ability to understand and implement Emergency response plans / procedures.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsABachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering Course.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 Years of HSE experience in any industry.At least 2 years of experience in managing and implementing HSE aspects in the Oil and Gas industryRelevant experience in 3 major EPC projects; oil & gas, petrochemical sector.Holding a NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate is an advantage.Diploma in safety or any other HSE Certification (considered at ADNOC Group discretion).ADNOC approval will be added advantage.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communications and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail, management skills.Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
