Construction HSE Supervisor

Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) and 2 days traveling (paid).Salary rangeExcellent salary package with benefits.Single Status.Accommodation (Meals) provided by the company.Transportation provided by the company.Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).Verifies and ensures that all field activities are performedaccording to the TCM HSE policy, the regulations, standards andprocedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.Duties and responsibilitiesAbility to conduct HSEorientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workersUnderstanding andimplementation of the HSE Plan.Knowledge and experience inimplementing PTW system and Gas Testing.Awareness on Ammonia &Breathing Apparatus.Ability to understand andparticipate in Risk Assessments.Ability to conduct HSEinspections.Ability to understand andimplement Emergency response plans/procedures.Knowledge & QualificationsA Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering Course.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 Years of HSE experience in any industry.At least 2 years of experience in managing and implementing HSEaspects in the Oil and Gas industryRelevant experience in 3 major EPC projects; oil & gas,petrochemical sector.Holding a NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate is an advantage.Diploma in safety or any other HSE Certification (considered atADNOC Group discretion).ADNOC approval will be added advantage.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communications and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail, management skills.Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strongbias toward timely performance and problem resolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
