The successful candidate will lead and oversee mixed‑use development projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple mixed‑use construction projectsDevelop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgetsOversee and coordinate activities of project teams, subcontractors, and consultantsManage project risks and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standardsCollaborate with stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community representativesImplement and maintain quality control processes throughout project lifecyclesAnalyze project performance and provide regular reports to senior managementDrive innovation and sustainable construction practices in project executionMentor and develop project team members to enhance overall capabilitiesWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed‑use development projectsProven experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi ArabiaPMP (Project Management Professional) certification requiredStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesExpertise in budget management, risk management, and contract administrationProficiency in project management software and Building Information Modeling (BIM)In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaExperience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to make decisive decisions in high‑pressure situationsFluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
