The firm’s core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.e.construct is hiring a Concrete Laboratory Technician to independently manage all laboratory trials and material testing for precast and UHPC concrete. The role requires strong analytical capability in aggregate grading, PSD optimization, and concrete performance validation, ensuring alignment between laboratory trials and production output.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and conduct all laboratory trials and material testsPerform sieve analysis and aggregate gradingPlot and interpret Particle Size Distribution (PSD) curvesRecommend grading and mix corrections to achieve optimum curve distributionConduct compressive and flexural strength testsReport standard deviation across trials and production batchesMaintain complete test records (digital and physical)Ensure compliance with ASTM / BS / EN standardsSupport production teams with data‑driven mix optimizationQualificationDegree or Diploma in Civil / Materials EngineeringMinimum 5 years’ experience in concrete laboratory testingStrong exposure to precast concrete and/or UHPCSolid understanding of statistical reporting and mix optimization#J-18808-Ljbffr
