Job Description

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a Concierge you will be the face of our organization providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating lasting impressions on our guests.Greet and assist guests with a warm friendly and professional demeanorProvide comprehensive information about local attractions restaurants and services in Ras Al-Khaimah and surrounding areasMake reservations for dining transportation tours and entertainment on behalf of guestsHandle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issuesManage the concierge desk including maintaining brochures handling mail and messages and overseeing lost and found itemsAssist with pre-arrival arrangements such as birthday decorations honeymoon setups or anniversary surprisesBook and coordinate limousine services including managing billings and forecasting revenueStay updated on local events attractions and changes in the hospitality industryMaintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences for future referenceEnsure compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures at all timesQualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality or service industryExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging attitudeStrong communication abilities with confident clear English; additional language skills are a plusIn-depth knowledge of Ras Al-Khaimah and the UAE including local attractions customs and cultureProficiency in hotel management software particularly Opera system and related sub-systemsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick sound decisionsFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysExcellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with guests and colleaguesDrive initiative and the ability to work independentlyAdaptability to continuous challenges and openness to changeKnowledge of local transportation systems and ability to arrange complex travel itinerariesProfessional appearance and adherence to grooming standardsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not requiredRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Computer Science,Continuous Integration,Fraud,Intake Experience,Law Enforcement,Usability,Analysis Skills,Computer Forensics,Driving,Teaching,Counterintelligence,Sass Experience: years Vacancy: 1
