Working behind the scenes, this role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and replenishing concession items to ensure front-of-house teams can deliver efficient and high-quality service to guests.The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product availability, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced cinema environment.Role ResponsibilitiesPrepare concession items such as popcorn, snacks, and beverages according to company standards.Replenish stock for front-of-house counters to ensure continuous service during peak hours.Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries properly.Ensure all food items are prepared consistently and meet quality standards.Monitor product freshness, expiration dates, and proper storage conditions.Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.Keep preparation areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean and organized.Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.Ensure all equipment is used and maintained correctly.Work closely with concession cashiers and service staff to ensure smooth operations.Communicate any stock shortages or operational issues to supervisors.Assist during busy periods to maintain service efficiency.RequirementsPrevious experience in food preparation, kitchen support, or concessions is preferred.Experience in cinemas, restaurants, or fast‑paced food service environments is an advantage.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically active tasks.Must be based in the UAE or able to work in Abu Dhabi.Interested candidates please send your CV toJob SpecificationJinal J.
