Job Description As the Practice Head - Computer Vision at Adani AI Labs, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the development and deployment of advanced computer vision solutions to drive the digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of computer vision models and algorithms tailored to Adani AI Labs strategic initiatives. - Developing and optimizing image processing pipelines to enhance the quality and efficiency of visual data analysis. - Integrating generative AI techniques to create innovative solutions for digital platform enhancements and customer engagement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges using computer vision technologies. - Conducting research and staying updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and AI to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge methodologies. - Mentoring and guiding a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. - Working closely with the Head of Data Science to align computer vision projects with the broader goals of Adani AI Labs. - Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed computer vision solutions. - Developing and maintaining documentation for models, algorithms, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity. - Collaborating with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions and tools as needed. Qualifications and Experience required for this role are: - Proven experience in developing and deploying computer vision solutions, with 10-15 years in data science roles. - Expertise in image processing, generative AI, and related technologies. - Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. - Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Your Educational Background should include: - Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Specialization in computer vision or machine learning is highly preferred. Additionally, you should have: - Deep understanding of computer vision techniques, including object detection, image segmentation, and generative models. - Familiarity with digital platform integration and user experience optimization. - Experience in applying AI to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
