Compliance Officer, Private Banking

Our client is a well-known name in the financial services industry and is positioned to recruit high-caliber professionals across the business.Sitting within the Global Wealth division, we are seeking an experienced Compliance professional. You will support the Head of Compliance in ensuring that Private Banking activities comply with the licenses issued by the Central Bank of UAE and other relevant regulatory authorities.Your responsibilities will include decision support, development and implementation of compliance policies, administration, and monitoring activities. You will upload quality assurance requirements on cases submitted by Relationship Managers, advise on new or amended regulations, and oversee daily transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities. Additionally, you will work closely with the manager to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare weekly compliance reports.Language requirements: Fluent/Excellent in Arabic and English.Ownership & Licensing: Own a car and have a valid driving license.Job Skills:University degree with relevant qualifications.Approximately 4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, operations, or administration within the financial services sector.Strong knowledge of wealth management and compliance, preferably from a private banking or wealth management background.Experience in Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Monitoring.Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market, with international exposure preferred.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.About The Company:TAAHEED provides recruitment solutions and consultancy services across the MENA region, emphasizing human capital as a key driver of organizational success.
