RoleEnsures compliance with FCC laws and regulationsContribution to mitigate the risk of enforcement actions and regulatory finesStays abreast with FCC regulatory developments to ensure that relevant changes are being monitored, assessed and embedded accordingly.Contribution to conducting AML Risk Assessment on new products/ servicesContribution to support engagement and activities related KYC/CDD lifecycle management across all line of Businesses and relationshipsContribution to supporting the Management on FCC related regulatory engagement mattersProvides FCC adequate input and information to MI, Governance forums, specific FCC related meetings with any stakeholdersProvides relevant FCC input to any reports and submissionsSupport Audits and Regulatory ExaminationsProvides policy advice, guidance, assurance, oversight, and challenges to the first line of defenseRelevant contribution to Compliance investigations, examinations, monitoring, related to FCC, including SAR/STR filing.Experience3+ years’ experience in transaction monitoring & sanction screening relevant roles within UAE banking industryBachelor’s degree in the relevant fieldAdditional relevant Certifications (ICA, ACAMS) - desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
