Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join our team at Conares. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and internal policies while actively promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. You will work closely with various departments to assess risks, develop compliance processes, and conduct audits and training.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherenceConduct regular internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance effortsMonitor changes in regulations and best practices, ensuring the company is informed and compliantProvide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topicsInvestigate compliance incidents and coordinate with management to develop action plansWork with legal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsPrepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in related field2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related roleStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaborativelyDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesProficiency with compliance and auditing software and MS Office applications#J-18808-Ljbffr
