<div><p>We are currently partnered with a well established organisation in the UAE who are looking to recruit a<b>Compensation, Benefits</b><b>and Talent Manager</b>. The position is heavily weighted towards<b>C&B</b>, with additional involvement in<b>talent development</b>.</p><p>This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family Book.</p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Act as the focal point for all matters related to compensation, benefits, and reward strategy</li><li>Lead annual compensation activities including salary reviews, incentives, and benchmarking exercises</li><li>Continuously assess and enhance reward structures to ensure alignment with market trends and business needs</li><li>Provide guidance to leadership on pay decisions, internal equity, and reward positioning</li><li>Support the broader talent agenda, including performance cycles and talent development initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency across HR practices</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3><ul><li>UAE National with a Family Book</li><li>Abu Dhabi based, or open to relocate</li><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline</li><li>10+ years of experience across total rewards and broader HR functionsStrong background in compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and incentive design</li><li>Exposure to performance management and talent-related initiatives</li><li>Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and providing advisory support</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
