We are currently partnered with a well established organisation in the UAE who are looking to recruit a Compensation, Benefits and Talent Manager. The position is heavily weighted towards C&B, with additional involvement in talent development.This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family Book.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as the focal point for all matters related to compensation, benefits, and reward strategyLead annual compensation activities including salary reviews, incentives, and benchmarking exercisesContinuously assess and enhance reward structures to ensure alignment with market trends and business needsProvide guidance to leadership on pay decisions, internal equity, and reward positioningSupport the broader talent agenda, including performance cycles and talent development initiativesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency across HR practicesREQUIREMENTSUAE National with a Family BookAbu Dhabi based, or open to relocateBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline10+ years of experience across total rewards and broader HR functionsStrong background in compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and incentive designExposure to performance management and talent-related initiativesConfident engaging with senior stakeholders and providing advisory support#J-18808-Ljbffr
