Compensation and Benefits Manager

Our client manufactures and distributes building materials across the Middle East region. Now in a phase of expansion, they require an accomplished Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the centralised HR team.This role is responsible for analytical and professional level support to the Compensation and Benefits function for group companies.
