Job Description

The Community Supervisor is responsible for creating a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging living environment within the compound. This role focuses on communication, relationship-building, and community engagement — not operational ticketing or maintenance requests. The Community Supervisor ensures residents feel welcomed, informed, and connected by introducing and managing recuring adults and children activities, organizing events, and serving as the compound’s main point of contact for all community-related matters.Resident Relations & CommunicationLead residents through their move-in orientation, introducing them to the community rules, regulations, and communication channels.Address and mediate interpersonal issues between residents (including children), de-escalating situations professionally and fairly.Collect and share resident feedback with the Compound Manager to improve services and community initiatives.Community Engagement & EventsPlan, coordinate, and execute the annual community events calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Team.Organize social and cultural events such as National Day, family gatherings, movie nights, or seasonal celebrations.Be present and actively involved during events to interact with residents, strengthen connections, and represent management.Coordinate with vendors, event companies, and external partners to host recurring activities or themed weekends for families and residents.Sports & Recreation ActivitiesDevelop and oversee sports programs for residents, including organizing tournaments, leagues, and friendly matches.Collaborate with coaches and fitness instructors to manage regular training sessions for adults, teens, and children.Source and onboard new sports coaches (e.g., football, padel, swimming, tennis, etc.) to enhance the recreational offerings.Plan and supervise weekly activities such as kids’ games, teens’ gatherings, or community sports days.Work with the Marketing and Recreation teams to promote participation and ensure smooth execution of all events.Preferred Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related fields is preferred.Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in community relations, event coordination, or hospitality roles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independent#J-18808-Ljbffr
