Community & Public Relation Officer

Plan, organize, and manage community events, health awareness campaigns, and public engagement activities.Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.Monitor event budgets and timelines to meet organizational standards.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage community events, health awareness campaigns, and public engagement activities.Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.Monitor event budgets and timelines to meet organizational standards.Event Management & CoordinationPlan, organize, and manage community events, health awareness campaigns, and public engagement activities.Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.Monitor event budgets and timelines to meet organizational standards.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Develop and implement CSR programs aligned with SEHA’s mission and values.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver impactful CSR initiatives.Track and report on CSR activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.Public Relations & Community EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and government entities.Support media coverage for events and CSR activities in coordination with the Communications team.Prepare press releases, speeches, and promotional content for community-related initiatives.Monitoring & ReportingEvaluate the effectiveness of events and CSR programs through feedback and performance metrics.Prepare regular reports on community engagement and CSR activities for management review.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in event management, CSR, or community relations.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in Healthcare sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
