You ensure the campus is not just operational, but alive, relevant, and delivering real value.This role is open to UAE Nationals only, in line with Emiratization objectives.Contract Type: 1-year fixed-term contractKey ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement & Ecosystem ActivationBuild and nurture a strong, inclusive startup and innovation community within the campusDesign and execute a year-round calendar of engagement activities (networking sessions, founder meetups, office hours, fireside chats, workshops, demo days)Lead onboarding and welcome sessions for new founders, tenants, and visitors to ensure smooth integration into the communityMaintain regular engagement with community members to understand needs, challenges, and opportunitiesCapture community feedback and insights to inform programming decisions and improve the overall campus experienceProgramming & Event SupportSupport the delivery of in-house and partner-led programs through coordination, logistics, and on-ground executionAct as the primary on-site point of contact for participants, mentors, speakers, and partners during programs and eventsTrack attendance, engagement levels, and participant feedback across all activitiesEnsure programs and events meet agreed quality standards and align with strategic objectivesPartner & Stakeholder CoordinationSupport day-to-day coordination with ecosystem partners, including corporates, government entities, academia, service providers, and innovation partnersAssist in the execution of co-designed activities such as hackathons, bootcamps, innovation challenges, and networking eventsMaintain partner engagement trackers and contribute to regular updates shared with internal teams and partnersCampus & Member Experience SupportSupport smooth day-to-day community operations to ensure a welcoming, professional, and well-managed campus environmentCoordinate space usage for community activities, events, and meetings as neededAct as a first point of contact for community-related inquiries and support requests, escalating issues when requiredReporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate records of events, activities, attendance, and engagement metricsSupport the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports covering community engagement KPIs and qualitative impactAssist in conducting surveys and collecting feedback to assess satisfaction and service qualityRequirementsMust-HaveBased in Al Dhafra or willing to work on-site in Al Dhafra full-timeDue to program and partner requirements, this role is open to UAE Nationals onlyBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship, or a related field1-3 years of experience in community engagement, programs, events, hubs, accelerators, or ecosystem-focused rolesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging founders, partners, and senior stakeholdersFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, on-ground environmentsNice-to-HaveExperience working in startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, accelerators, or youth-focused initiativesStrong event coordination skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to translate community insights into actionable improvements (not just "noted")What Success Looks LikeA highly engaged, active campus communityStrong participation and satisfaction across events and programsFounders and partners who feel supported, connected, and eager to stay involvedClear reporting, clean coordination, and zero chaos energyBenefitsWhat\'s in it for you?Get the chance to work with high-potential growth startups and bright entrepreneurs from different backgroundsEngage in the buzzing startup community in the MENA regionWork in an environment supporting creativity and proactivity, and be part of a small, dynamic teamCompetitive package including medical insurance at one of the top medical insurance providersRemote working model and flexible working hours.#J-18808-Ljbff
