Our intergalactic team is looking for an awesome Social Media Community Manager!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building, engaging and proactively managing a social community through all key channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner across multiple social media platforms in parallel.Monitor social channels and relevant news channels to spark meaningful conversations.Plan and curate social media content calendars in advance and develop engaging themes and ideas.Publish content by the stipulated deadlinesWork with social strategy, account management and creatives to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely contentGenerate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends to provide meaningful and actionable feedback that lead to optimizationAttending and posting from live eventsQualificationsBased in Dubai with 3+ years of experience in Community Management.Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voiceExperience with content planning and scheduling with multiple stakeholders.Strong Knowledge of various social media tools and digital reporting.A strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing and best practices, integration across owned, earned and paid social programs, customer insights, industry trends and current/emerging platforms.Strong communication skills in both English and preferably also in Arabic (written and spoken)This position requires visits to other emirates in the UAE once every 1 to 2 weeks.As soon as your message reaches our space shuttle,our intergalactic crew will report back.#J-18808-Ljbffr
