Community Manager

<p><b>MENA Alliances</b>is hiring a<b>Part-Time Community Manager</b>to support the<b>illumine.earth Ecosystem</b>, a purpose-driven online community focused on meaningful learning, collaboration, and member engagement.<br></p><p>This role focuses on<b>community operations, member engagement, and learning experience quality</b>. The Community Manager will ensure the community platform runs smoothly, members feel supported, and engagement within the ecosystem continues to grow.<br></p><p>This is a<b>fully remote and flexible role</b>, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong communities, improving member experiences, and working with online platforms.<br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities<br></h3><h3>1. Platform Operations<br></h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain the<b>Circle community platform</b>(spaces, permissions, navigation).<br></li><li>Support member onboarding and provide technical support when needed.<br></li><li>Set up and optimize<b>workflow automations</b>such as onboarding sequences and notifications.<br></li><li>Organize and support<b>1–2 community events per month</b>including scheduling and follow-ups.<br></li><li>Document<b>standard operating procedures</b>for community workflows.<br></li><li>Test courses and learning content to ensure a smooth user experience.<br></li><li>Monitor<b>course completion rates</b>and identify improvement opportunities.<br></li><li>Collect member feedback through surveys, polls, and direct conversations.<br></li><li>Recommend improvements to enhance the learning experience and participation.<br></li></ul><h3>3. Community Engagement<br></h3><ul><li>Encourage participation through posts, discussions, and member interactions.<br></li><li>Design and run engagement activities such as<b>community prompts, challenges, Q&A sessions, and peer circles</b>.<br></li><li>Reach out to inactive members to encourage participation.<br></li><li>Track engagement trends and experiment with new engagement strategies.<br></li></ul><h3>4. Community Health&Governance<br></h3><ul><li>Help maintain a<b>safe, inclusive, and positive community environment</b>.<br></li><li>Reinforce community values, guidelines, and purpose across interactions.<br></li><li>Provide monthly insights on<b>community engagement and member sentiment</b>.<br></li><li>Assist with moderation and escalate sensitive issues when needed.<br></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience managing<b>online communities or digital platforms</b>.<br></li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br></li><li>Ability to engage and support community members effectively.<br></li><li>Organized and proactive with attention to detail.<br></li><li>Comfortable working with online tools and learning new platforms.<br></li><li>Experience with<b>Circle platform or community platforms</b>is a plus.<br></li></ul><p><b>Monthly:</b><br></p><ul><li>Community KPI dashboard and engagement insights<br></li><li>Community health snapshot and member feedback summary<br></li><li>Engagement and experiment analysis report<br></li><li>Recommendations for improving courses and platform experience<br></li><li><b>Flexible working hours</b>(approximately 15 hours per week).<br></li><li><b>Fully remote role</b>– work from anywhere.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience managing a<b>global online ecosystem and learning platform</b>.<br></li><li>Direct collaboration with the<b>Founder and community leadership</b><br></li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
