Community Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Community Manager to support engagement, coordination, and knowledge sharing across a large-scale enterprise learning program in the UAE. This role focuses on managing Communities of Practice, supporting stakeholder interactions, and ensuring consistent communication and meeting rhythms.You will work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and learners to keep communities active, organized, and valuable. This role is well-suited to someone who is organized, comfortable facilitating discussions, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving.What You’ll OwnCommunity Coordination & SupportSupport community activities across multiple capability areas and stakeholder groupsCoordinate events, discussions, and engagement initiativesEnsure consistent communication and follow-through across communitiesCommunities of Practice ManagementManage Communities of Practice connecting learners, practitioners, and expertsCoordinate sessions, discussions, and knowledge-sharing activitiesTrack participation and engagement to maintain active communitiesStakeholder EngagementCoordinate interactions between learners, subject matter experts, and stakeholdersSupport planning and execution of engagement activities such as sessions and eventsMaintain clear and timely communication across stakeholder groupsMeeting Coordination & FacilitationSchedule and manage regular community meetings and forumsPrepare agendas and ensure sessions are structured and productiveDocument key takeaways, actions, and follow-upsKnowledge & Content CoordinationSupport collection and organization of knowledge assets such as best practices and resourcesMaintain shared repositories or platforms for easy accessPromote ongoing knowledge sharing across the communityLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with a mix of onsite and hybrid work. Onsite presence will be required for key events, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in community management, stakeholder coordination, or knowledge managementExperience supporting or managing professional communities or learning networksStrong facilitation skills for meetings, discussions, or group sessionsExperience using collaboration or community platformsStrong organizational skills managing multiple activities and stakeholdersClear communication skills across different audiencesBachelor’s degree preferredWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou are organized, responsive, and comfortable working with a wide range of people.
