Job Description

Community ManagementManage and engage with the brand community across social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, forums, and email.Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.Build and nurture strong relationships with loyal customers, brand advocates, and ambassadors within the UAE.Represent the brand in a professional and culturally aligned manner.Brand Engagement & ActivationsPlan and execute community-driven initiatives such as events, workshops, tastings, launches, and collaborations across the UAE.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activations.Support on-ground community engagement during events and pop-ups.Gather community feedback and share insights with the marketing and operations teams.Content & CommunicationAssist in creating community-focused content including posts, stories, newsletters, and announcements.Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s tone of voice and values.Support campaigns by amplifying content through the community.Influencer & Partner CoordinationSupport collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners.Assist with outreach, coordination, and relationship management.Track engagement and feedback from collaborations.Reporting & InsightsMonitor community engagement, sentiment, and growth.Prepare basic reports on community performance, feedback, and trends.Identify opportunities to improve community experience and loyalty.Skills & QualificationsUAE National (Emiratisation role – Family Book required)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).People-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities.Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools.Passion for branding, storytelling, and customer engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
