<div><p>Antal is partnering with a world-leading global PMC organization involved in large-scale railway and infrastructure projects across the globe.</p><p>We are currently seeking a CommunicationsEngineer for Maintenance Period to lead and oversee activities within major transit projects.</p><p>Role: CommunicationsEngineer for Maintenance Period<br/>Location: Riyadh, KSA</p><p>Budget: SAR 40,000 - 45,000</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Monitor and verify the performance, reliability, and operational stability of all communications systems during the Maintenance Period, ensuring compliance with Employer Requirements, safety standards, and RAMS criteria</li><li>Review maintenance-related submittals, fault reports, diagnostic logs, and communication system records, ensuring timely resolution of defects, non‑conformities, and outstanding NCRs</li><li>Support verification of corrective and preventive maintenance activities performed by the Contractor, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and operational performance needs</li><li>Oversee communications system interfaces—including signalling/ATC links, OCC/TCC connectivity, station telecom systems, PSD communication signals, and rolling stock communications—to ensure ongoing integration and system harmony</li><li>Validate TETRA radio coverage, data network integrity, PA/PIS system availability, telecom redundancy, and communication system readiness throughout the DLP</li><li>Participate in inspections, safety reviews, and verification audits to ensure communications systems are functioning safely and effectively following any corrective maintenance or system updates</li><li>Coordinate with PMCM teams, Contractor, O&M Entity, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues, support operational continuity, and manage system‑level communication risks</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on maintenance actions, system performance, outstanding issues, corrective actions, and compliance status</li></ul><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Extensive experience with communications systems in metro/rail environments, including TETRA radio, fibre/data networks, PA/PIS, telecom systems, and operational communications</li><li>Strong understanding of communications system integration across signalling, rolling stock, PSDs, traction power, OCC/TCC operations, and station systems</li><li>Proven ability to review maintenance records, test reports, diagnostic logs, NCRs, and O&M documentation for communications systems</li><li>Knowledge of RAMS principles, system availability/performance requirements, and maintenance strategies for automated metro systems</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity considerations for communications networks, including compliance with ISO/IEC 27002, IEC 62443, and KSA NCA requirements</li><li>Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to diagnose communications system issues, evaluate corrective actions, and mitigate integration risks</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to work in a multi‑contract, multi‑disciplinary environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
