Job Description You will be responsible for developing and implementing the communication strategy and overseeing content for communication vehicles. Your role will involve supporting stakeholder management activities at all levels of the organization. You will also assist in developing communication tools and processes for stakeholder issue management and resolution. Additionally, you will need to conduct needs assessments to evaluate communication content, delivery methods, and overall effectiveness. Your collaboration with project leadership, business leadership, corporate communications, and HR will be crucial in building strong positive relationships between the project and internal stakeholders, as well as fostering engagement among team members. Effective one-way and two-way communication will be essential at all levels to enhance team member and employee engagement. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the communication strategy and plan. This will include preparing communication materials according to the plan and coordinating major communication events and meetings. Qualifications: - Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience. Experience: - The incumbent generally has limited work experience involving basic concepts and procedures but requires formal training in theories/concepts in their own function. - The incumbent has a high level of discretion to vary from established procedures, works under broad supervision, and solves some complex problems. They generally have substantial work experience involving complex concepts and procedures in theories/concepts in their own function.
