Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)Excellent salary packagewith benefitsAccommodation provided bythe company.Transportation provided bythe company.Round trip ticket on eachrotation (Economy class).Commissioning Supervisor executesthe activities pertaining to the pre-commissioning and commissioning ofan entire unit of the plant.He / she operates in compliance with thequality requirements, health / environmental / safety regulations andfollowing the stated procedures.He / she reports to the commissioning manageror, in complex organizations, to the commissioning superintendent.He / she is assigned to the project by AVIMPdepartment manager.Duties and responsibilitiesTodevelop the detailed pre-commissioning procedures according to theinstructions of commissioning manager or commissioning superintendent.To fieldcheck the DAC and prepare relevant commissioning punch list, followingthe CME instructions.To assurethat all activities such as flushing / blowing, reinstatement of pipingcomponents and local instruments, leak test, motor run-in, machineryrun-in, static equipment inspections, cleaning, internals installations,box-up are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, inconformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions ofcommissioning manager or commissioning superintendent.Toorganize and manage the operations in field of the assigned team fromthe sub-contractor by controlling their job and the implementation ofplant safety procedures in case of emergency.Supportthe vendors’ specialists in the execution of the job and coordinatetheir actions with the commissioning supervisors.Supervisethe works of vendors’ specialists and ensure their efficientutilization.To keeprecords of all activities performed in the logbook.Toproduce the certificates, duly signed by the involved parties, andhandover to certification engineer (QA/QC).Can bethe authorized person designated by the site manager to receive or issuea permit to work according to the project permit to work procedure.Person SpecificationKnowledge& QualificationsUniversitydegree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.ExperienceSignificantexperience in the industrial construction of large or xl gas plants.Covered asimilar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.A minimumof 12 years of relevant experience.Skills and AbilitiesExcellentcommunications and interpersonal skillsAttention todetail, management skills.Team-orientedskills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timelyperformance and problem resolution.
