Having a minimum of Fifteen (17) years of relevant experience in the commissioning / operation readiness position with experience in GCC region as preference. Must have at least (5 ) years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas Hydrogen production Hydro-desulfurization projects.Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC Contractor or Vendors. Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems andsubsystems.Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings. Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles. Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance. Monitor and approve the close out of punch lists in his area.
