Join a team committed to shaping the future of transmission and energy systems in the region.Position Overview:We are seeking Commissioning Manager who owns the end-to-end commissioning program for a multi-disciplinary project (MEP, ELV, BMS, power interfaces) to achieve safe, SBC-compliant, performance-verified handover on schedule, complete with auditable documentation and authority approvals.Key Responsibilities:Cx Governance & Plan: Author and maintain the Commissioning Plan, RACI, gate criteria (L0→L4), readiness checklists (construction, pre-functional, functional), and recovery playbooks.Schedule & Coordination: Build the Commissioning Master Schedule aligned to the construction baseline; lock test windows/energizations; chair weekly Cx meetings; drive constraint removal with GC/subs/vendors/Consultant.Documentation System: Standardize ITPs, test packs, pre-functional checklists (PFCs), method statements, cause-and-effect, and CAT (Commissioning Activity Tracker); enforce version control and traceability.Integrated Testing (IST): Lead IST planning & execution across HVAC/TAB, plumbing/fire, ELV (FA/PAVA, Access/CCTV, Emergency Lighting & LC, SC/IBS), BMS & power; capture evidence, close comments, and secure final acceptance.Quality & Compliance: Verify installation readiness against IFC/shop/spec/codes (SBC, NFPA (72/101), IEC/BS EN, ASHRAE/SMACNA, IPC, TIA/BICSI); manage NCR/RFI closure; ensure LOTO/PTW interfaces with HSE.Authority/3rd-party: Prepare and lead engagements with Saudi Civil Defense (FAS/PAVA, smoke control), SEC/National Grid SA tie-ins as applicable, and House of Expertise; ensure evidence meets local acceptance norms.Handover Dossier: Own O&M/training plans, spares/warranties, red-lines/as-builts, trend reports, performance KPIs; obtain PAC/FAC signoffs.Reporting & KPIs: Issue weekly Cx dashboards (earned vs planned, risk burn-down, punch list aging, IST pass rates), and executive exceptions.Systems in scopeMechanical: Chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU/FAHU/FCU, hydronic/air TAB, smoke control.Electrical: LV distribution (MDB/SMDB/DB, MCC/VFD, UPS/genset, PFC, earthing) and MV witness/support (13.8 kV switchgear/cables).ELV/BMS: FAS/PAVA, Emergency Lighting & Lighting Control, Access/CCTV, Telecom/Structured Cabling/Fiber, IBS/DAS, Intercom, Parking/ANPR; BMS P2P and sequences.Required Qualifications:8–12 years total with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary commissioning on mid-to-large facilities (hospitals, data centers, airports, rail, high-rise, industrial).Proven IST leadership and cross-trade coordination; strong document control discipline (ITP/test packs/CAT).Working knowledge of SBC, NFPA (72/101), IEC/BS EN, ASHRAE/SMACNA, IPC, TIA/BICSI; authority interface experience in KSA (Civil Defense / House of Expertise; SEC where relevant).Risk-based scheduling and recovery planning; crisp stakeholder communication (GC/Consultant/client/vendor).HSE integration with PTW/LOTO; familiarity with RAMS and energization safety.Preferred Qualifications:Digital tools: Cx management platforms, digital snagging, data logging/trending; Excel/Power BI dashboards.Vendor ecosystems (Honeywell/JCI/Siemens/Bosch/Genetec/Milestone; ABB/Schneider/Siemens LV).Arabic + English for authority and site communications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
