Commis Chef - Healthy

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commis to assist in the preparation of healthy and nutritious meals. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist chefs in preparing ingredients and dishes according to recipes and portion standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.Ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.Support plating and presentation of healthy meals.Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Assist in inventory management and report shortages to supervisors.Help with basic kitchen equipment maintenance.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Commis or kitchen assistant preferred.Basic knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and nutritional guidelines.Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
