Dubai Health aims to strengthen Dubai as a global leader in healthcare, medical education, research, and scientific innovation, thereby enhancing the capabilities of Dubai’s healthcare sector.Job PurposeThe role holder will be responsible for managing and documenting the commercial support and financial aspects of Office of CME and CME activities in alignment with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) requirements.Core ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and financial aspects of ACCME-accredited CME activities in compliance with ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence.Oversee commercial support and sponsorships, ensuring appropriate documentation and execution of Letters of Agreement (LOAs) prior to activity commencement.Ensure proper receipt, allocation, monitoring, and reconciliation of commercial support funds in line with ACCME requirements and institutional financial policies.Maintain strict separation between commercial supporters and educational planning, content development, faculty selection, delivery, and evaluation.Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, and record‑keeping for commercially supported CME activities.Support disclosure and conflict‑of‑interest processes by providing accurate financial data and documentation as required.Prepare financial and commercial support documentation for accreditation reporting, audits, ACCME Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS) submissions, and site visits.Identify and escalate potential compliance or integrity risks related to commercial support to CME leadership and the CME Committee.Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and commercial supporters while ensuring adherence to ACCME policies.Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.#J-18808-Ljbffr
