1. Analyze all costs related to segment such as commissions, marketing communications, etc. 2. Develop and prepare costing models by different criteria/parameters (i.e. by outlets, by services, by products, etc.) 3. Liaise with Commercial Department 4. Review and analyze call center cost structures
