Commercial Sales Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager with Engineering Background to join our Commercial Vehicles team. This role will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored vehicle solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.The successful candidate will play a key role in technical sales support, solution development, and project coordination, ensuring that our commercial vehicle solutions remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise during client meetings and support the pre-sales and sales processes.Support the sales team in developing proposals and expanding the commercial customer base.Review and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and technical tender documents.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Aftersales, and Pricing teams to design customized solutions.Prepare and present technical proposals, documentation, and solution presentations.Ensure all proposed solutions comply with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate with vehicle modification partners, body builders, and third-party suppliers when needed.Participate in project kick-offs and ensure proper technical alignment during project implementation.Stay up to date with market trends, engineering developments, and commercial vehicle solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).Experience8+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering.Strong experience within the Commercial Vehicle industry.Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional sales initiatives.SkillsStrong technical communication and presentation skills.Ability to develop technical proposals and documentation.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.Fluent in English and Arabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
