Commercial Manager

<div><p>Seagull Offshore is a leading maritime company supplying offshore vessels, including patrol, security, DP, AHTS, PSV, crew boats, utility vessels, workboats, and other specialized assets to oil majors, government entities, and offshore contractors.</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and oversee all commercial functions of the business, including tendering, contract management, pricing strategy, chartering support, client negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives within the offshore maritime sector.</p><h3>Commercial&Business Strategy</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.</li><li>Monitor offshore market trends, charter rates, and competitor activity.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Support expansion into new regions or service lines.</li><li>Identify and manage offshore tender opportunities (oil majors, EPCs, government entities).</li><li>Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Develop pricing models, cost analysis, and commercial risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.</li><li>Manage post-submission clarifications and negotiations.</li></ul><h3>Contract Management</h3><ul><li>Lead contract negotiations and review charter party agreements.</li><li>Manage commercial terms, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Ensure contractual compliance throughout project execution.</li><li>Oversee post-award contract administration and performance tracking.</li><li>Prepare revenue forecasts and commercial reports for management.</li><li>Analyze vessel utilization, profitability, and margin performance.</li><li>Work closely with finance on budgeting, cost control, and billing.</li><li>Optimize charter rates and commercial returns across the fleet.</li></ul><h3>Client&Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with oil majors, NOCs, government authorities, and offshore operators.</li><li>Represent the company in commercial meetings and negotiations.</li><li>Support operational teams in resolving commercial matters.</li><li>5‑7+ years’ experience in offshore maritime commercial, chartering, or tendering roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of offshore vessel operations: DP, patrol, security, AHTS, PSV, crew boats, OSV, workboats, utility vessels.</li><li>Experience dealing with oil majors, EPC contractors, and government clients.</li><li>Strong understanding of marine contracts, charter parties, and commercial risk management.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required).</li></ul><p>This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on revenue, profitability, and business growth, offering the opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a dynamic offshore maritime company.</p><p>📩Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?</p><p>Apply directly through LinkedIn, send your CV via private message,</p><p>or email your CV to<b>joan@seagullsecurity.com</b></p><p>📌Please use the subject line:<b>Commercial Manager Role</b></p><p>#OffshoreJobs #MaritimeCareers #CommercialManager #OSV #DubaiJobs #OilAndGasCareers</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
