Job SummaryThe role supports PFMC (Saudi) commercial operations across ship repairs, conversions and marine and offshore structural blocks fabrication segments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment / improve commercial strategies in line with the trend of marine and offshore project in Middle East, focusing on Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Take charge and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue and margin targets for ship repairs, conversions, and fabrications in Kingdom.Establish new clients pool and carry out vendor registration process for all Marine and Offshore customers operating in KSA.Follow up on all new clients to promote Supply Base capabilities and service support to bring in new revenue streams.Handle enquiries from customers and manage competitive quotations/tariffs for PFMC.Follow up the tenders with customers and agents and negotiate the Contracts/Projects.Carry out estimating and commercial invoicing in KSA.Handle client management for PFMC and submission of work done reports.Work with the PaxOcean Saudi Operations team to maintain optimal critical inventory levels for materials and consumables.Ensure internal stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations and determine when processes violate regulations.Assess risks and make recommendations to mitigate potential risks identified.Provide functional and management support in the management of Change, including negotiation and settlement of Change/Variation Orders with the clients.Review existing company procedures and policies on commercial management and provide constructive feedback for refining/updating the existing procedures.Key RequirementsMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in the commercial – Shipyard. (Strong grasp of Saudi Maritime Business a MUST, Middle East Centric Preferred)Conversant in Microsoft applications (Excel / Word)Conversant in SAP Project ManagementConversant in Salesforce (Preferred)Team management experienceGood leadership skills.Good client management and customer service skills.EducationBachelors in Management or Business AdministrationOthers in Maritime StudiesCertifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
